VALORDB paid subscriptions (Professional, Firm, and Enterprise) are sold and processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Email joseph@resilientmindai.com with the email address used at checkout, or request it directly through Paddle using the receipt Paddle sent you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
The Veteran tier is free; no payment is taken.
